Everything was delicious but their crispy-edged, smokey smash burger and their sweet/tangy waffle fries were my fave!

Decent burger, no fraze but also needs something to cut the richness.

The food is pretty good. Decent burger and I love the ranch and dill seasonings for their fries. But they’re charging way too much for what you get. Smaller burger, small portion of fries. You can get more food for less at any fast food restaurant.

Why We Chose the Wagyu Smash Burger

We chose the smash burger for one simple reason: max flavor.

Pressing the patty hard onto a blazing-hot flat-top, well, that creates a deep, crispy crust impossible to get from a regular grill. To elevate this perfection, we knew we had to use American Wagyu. Japanese A5 is excellent but rich. American Wagyu delivers the ideal amount of marbling and tenderness without overwhelming your precious palate.

It’s the sweet spot of buttery flavor, beefy richness, and smashing success that makes our burger simply unmatched.

Lady Jaye in the press

“This West Seattle smokehouse knows its way around wood like Steve Martin knows his way around a banjo. And while you would have a great meal here any night of the week, Lady Jaye’s Thursday-only smoked wagyu cheeseburger is something to plan around.” – The infatuation
